Rotary Cards

A Convenient card student filing systems are still the most commonly used method of monitoring a student body.  Rotary cards will arrive at your school ready to place directly in your file.  The students name, grade, teacher or other pertinent data will be printed directly on the cards.  Cards will be delivered to you sorted to your specifications. Another option is the printing of student bar codes directly on the cards.  If you are using a bar code system in your school, for library or food service. security or monitoring attendance, be sure to ask us about this service!

ID Cards

ID cards feature the student's name in large legible print and also display the student's grade, homeroom and other necessary data.  The cards are sturdy and long lasting.  All ID cards will be delivered to your school sorted to your specifications.  Also available for your school's many needs is the option of printing student bar codes directly on the cards.  If you are using a bar code system in your school, for library or food services, security or monitoring attendance, be sure to ask about this service!

Service Strips

All elementary schools  will receive a strip of three photos, identified with student names.  These photo strips are favorites for special projects such as Christmas ornaments, Mother's Day cards, etc.

Permanent Record Sticker

Permanent record stickers are provided to all schools so they may add the current school picture to the students permanent record.

Staff Badges

ID Badges are available for staff. You can request ID Badges of your entire staff to enhance your school’s security procedures.
